Mb365 Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mb365 platform, including the website, mobile application, games, services, and all content provided by mb365 (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies incorporated herein, including the mb365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately and contact our support team if you require further clarification.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the mb365 Platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above or the minimum legal age stipulated by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside, whichever is higher.
• Not residing in a country or region where the use of online gambling platforms is prohibited by law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Register with true, accurate, and current personal information. False or misleading information is grounds for account termination.
• Never previously banned or suspended from using the mb365 Platform.

Mb365 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a user's eligibility. Failure to comply with a verification request within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.

3. Account Usage

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on mb365. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's name, or false information — is a serious breach of these terms. All associated accounts will be frozen and any balances or wins held within them may be forfeited without notice.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your password and account login credentials confidential.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or any other party with or without your authorization.
• Notify mb365 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure your account information is always up to date and accurate.

Your mb365 account is for personal use only. You are prohibited from transferring, selling, renting or granting access to your account to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mb365 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mb365 supports multiple local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed automatically and are usually credited to your account within minutes.
• Mb365 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.
• Deposits must be made from a financial account registered in the same user's name.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet verified under the same name as the mb365 account holder.
• Mb365 reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as part of our standard security review process.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Mb365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and exclusive VIP member offers. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Each bonus has wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from bonus funds.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, household, IP address or device, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• All game results are determined by the system Random Number Generator (RNG) that have been independently audited and certified as fair.
• Any technical malfunction or service disruption during a game session will be resolved in accordance with the applicable mb365 compensation policy.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed in the respective game interface.
• Mb365 reserves the right to void any wager placed as a result of a technical error and will return the wagering amount to the user's account.
• Live Casino game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

Mb365 Platform users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

Mb365 enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy as part of our commitment to platform security and regulatory compliance. mb365 reserves the right to request the following identity verification documents at any time:

• Valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit.
• Any other supporting documents deemed necessary by the mb365 security team.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mb365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

11. Responsible Gaming

Mb365 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of self-control tools to help users manage their gaming activity in a healthy manner:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set your maximum loss limit for a defined period.
