Mb365 is more than just a name in the online entertainment industry — it is our commitment to every Malaysian player to deliver a gaming experience that is safe, fair, enjoyable, and truly attuned to local user needs. Find out more about who we are, what we believe in, and why millions of Malaysian players choose mb365.
Mb365 is an online entertainment platform founded in 2018 with one clear purpose — to provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable digital entertainment space built exclusively for Malaysian users. From day one, we have never forgotten that behind every account is a real player who deserves the best experience.
We began this journey with a deep understanding of what truly matters to Malaysian players — an interface that is easy to navigate, familiar local payment methods used in daily life, responsive customer support that communicates in their native language, and a game collection that resonates with local tastes.
Today, mb365 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment platforms, with over 500,000 registered members and a collection exceeding 1,000 game titles from the world's leading software providers. Yet despite this growth, our core values remain the same — players always come first.
Mb365 was founded by a team of experienced technology and entertainment industry professionals with a vision to transform the way Malaysian players enjoy online entertainment.
The mb365 Game Lobby launches in full with over 400 slot titles, Live Casino, and table games — making it the largest online lobby in Malaysia at the time.
Mb365 has successfully integrated DuitNow, FPX, TNG eWallet, and GrabPay — making deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit faster and more convenient than any competing platform.
The official mb365 app for Android and iOS is launched, giving players full access to all games, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support directly from their mobile phone.
Mb365 reached a landmark milestone — 500,000 registered members, making it one of the largest online gaming communities in Malaysia.
Mb365 continues to expand its game collection, enhance the platform, and strengthen its responsible gaming programme to ensure every member gets the best possible experience.
Six key reasons that set mb365 apart from other platforms on the market.
The mb365 interface is written and edited by native Malaysian speakers — not confusing machine translations. Every instruction, bonus term, and notification is easy to understand without any guesswork.
Deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, and CIMB. No currency conversion fees, no extra steps — money moves in and out quickly and easily.
All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Every game uses an independently audited RNG to guarantee truly random and fair outcomes — no manipulation, no cheating.
The mb365 support team is available around the clock via in-platform live chat. They are fluent in both Bahasa Melayu and English, understand the local player context, and resolve issues quickly and courteously.
The official mb365 app for Android and iOS lets you play, deposit, withdraw, and contact support directly from your mobile phone. All games are optimised for smaller screens without compromising on quality.
Every game you play at mb365 earns rewards points redeemable for credit bonuses and free spins. mb365 VIP members enjoy exclusive benefits including higher withdrawal limits and personalised bonuses.
Every decision we make at mb365 is guided by these four core values.
Player trust is mb365's most valuable asset. We never compromise on data security, game fairness, or transparency across all platform operations.
We are constantly striving to be the best — not only in game selection, but also in user experience, platform speed, and customer support quality.
Mb365 is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide self-control tools and support resources to ensure entertainment remains enjoyable and harm-free.
The digital entertainment industry moves fast. mb365 stays ahead by adopting the latest technology, adding new games, and continuously improving the platform based on player feedback.
When you register with mb365, you are not just opening an account on another online entertainment site. You are joining a community built on mutual respect between platform and player. We understand that every ringgit you invest as a player carries real value — and our responsibility is to make sure that value is properly recognised.
Since mb365 was established in 2018, we have made substantial investments in our technology infrastructure to ensure the platform runs smoothly, securely, and is accessible to all types of Malaysian players — from those playing on a tight budget to VIP players who prefer higher table limits. mb365 servers located in the Southeast Asian region deliver ultra-fast response times for Malaysian users with no frustrating interruptions.
In terms of game selection, mb365 works closely with more than 30 of the world's leading software providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Playtech, Microgaming, NetEnt, Habanero, and many more. This collaboration is not simply about adding titles — every new game that enters the mb365 Game Lobby undergoes an internal review process to ensure it meets the quality and fairness standards we have set.
One aspect we are especially proud of at mb365 is our approach to responsible gaming. Unlike many other platforms that treat this as a mere obligation, we genuinely believe that healthy, happy players are the foundation of a sustainable community. That is why mb365 provides deposit limit tools, loss limits, session time limits, mandatory break features, and self-exclusion options — all activatable directly from your account settings, with no need to contact anyone.
The mb365 loyalty programme is carefully designed to ensure dedicated players are rewarded in line with their commitment. The mb365 rewards points system tracks every wager you place and converts them into redeemable points for credit bonuses, free spins, or physical gifts delivered straight to your door. VIP members enjoy a more personalised experience — including a dedicated account manager, higher withdrawal limits, access to exclusive promotions, and invitations to special mb365 events.
When it comes to security, mb365 never compromises. All members' personal and financial information is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by leading banking and financial institutions in Malaysia. The mb365 internal security team monitors every transaction and account activity around the clock to detect any suspicious activity and respond immediately.
For mb365, this journey is far from over. We continue to invest in research and development to deliver better new features, more personalised experiences, and a richer game collection. With a solid foundation, a loyal community, and a dedicated team, mb365 is confident in remaining the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Malaysian players for years to come.
